WTG Modelissimo! I told you they had a GREAT service! A pitty it's so darn expensive the S&H from Germany to Brazil.

The stupidest thing about it all is that I offered EXOTO to pay for the shipping and cost of the item. While Modelissimo only required a picture of where the missing part should, and that was it, they will pay for all the costs involved. Excellent.

BTW LUW, shipping to Brazil is 33 euros, to Malta is 24..... if you get a pretty good haul, the cost will not be that much if you divide it. 33euros is constant.

I am really disgusted by the way EXOTO handles such problems. Very unprofessional. I doubt I will get any more EXOTOs for now. Even if I get it from Modelissimo or others.... I will not love it as much.

There are already many Porsches from AUTOart and minichamps which I like and wish..... SO, I will definetly prefer two AUTOart or minichamps rather than one EXOTO... at least for now that is.

Plus... the extra money I will save by deleting my EXOTO wishlist will do finely for another theme I am really thinking about..... going down a blackhole it seems :giggle

Now you see why Exoto is lessed loved in the diecast world then other brands that offer cars with not-so "furious" details.

I have to get a 934, /30 (but the one from Minichamps would do just as good), a GT40 MkIV, a 910 and now the Jag. After that, I'm done with them. Unless of course the release more Le Mans stuff.

Well there are couple of EXOTOs on my wishlist. But the way they handle things suck. Plus I am quite sure that middle range manufacturers will produce a number of cars that Exoto produces now. So, I will get them later on.

BTW, they emailed back, telling me that they have no parts availible because the model is sold out. I dont believe them, they still do a 917/30 right (yellow white car if I am thinking right) The inner detail is almost identical. I am sure they had some availible. Just didn't want to help out. Lazy son of ......

P.S. They also stated, do one yourself :lol

Exactly. They just took an easy way out. But I am not going to loose more time on their stupid excuses though. My wishlist says it all. :giggle

I may get an EXOTO 917/30 if modelissimo exchanges it, if not, I will get the minichamps one, I think I can find one somewhere. And I will use the extra cash to get something with it.
