Well, I've learned one thing ordering ANYTHING online....if possible, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS call ahead RIGHT before you place your order that way there's no confusion of "IF" or "Possibly". I must be the only one that's never had a problem ordering from them and I've ordered all over the Eastern portion of the U.S. Personally...I like them. Even the times I thought there was a problem on their end, I called the customer service line explained the problem and they, right then and their pulled up a UPS tracking number and told me where it was. I hate that anyone one of you has a problem with them, but maybe you haven't played the ordering game defensively and exhausted all your resources? :confused Hopefully my friendly advice helps everyone in the future.
