As a passionate rally fan and 1/18 rally car collector I share some pics of my latest custom project. Modified a Norev Street Porsche 911 to a Rally Porsche 911 RS/SC Group B of the 1985 Haspengouw Rally. Bought the car as a pre-prepared 911 with Belga livery from a german diecast shop and further modified it as follows:

added alloy wheels (rear ones are fully custom built)
added RS/SC rear wing and cooling fins
racing seats
sabelt racing seat belts and fire extinguisher
racing mirrors
racing exhaust,
cut out the front bumper to fit rally spec, (auxilliary head lamp socket)

As I didnt photograph every step of my modifiaction , I can only show you pics of the final result.

Original car:

The original car competed as the # 5 car in the 1985 Haspengouw Rally, driven by Robert Droogmans, a belgian star driver at that time. The Haspengouw Raly was a national belgian event and formed part of the belgian rally championship.

cheers Tom
