Can the rear wing be raised like with the concept version?

It seems as if it can be raised, but it seems to require a lot of force to do so.

It cant, I just took off the bottom of mine and the wing is glued to the body.

No, becasue there is no way for it to slide it is just a molded piece of metal glued to the body.
