I am seeing the newly revised Porsche GT3R all over the internet advertised as 'UPGRADED'.

I still don't think I understand all of the 'upgrades' to this model.

From my understanding, it no longer has the dog legs, the lights front and rear have been changed and the front bumper doesn't have the mesh as the first version(I happen to like the mesh). Everything else is left essentially the same.

Are there anymore 'upgrades' to this model that I am not aware of?

It's called upgrade because that's what Autoart calls it, so everyone just uses their terminology...

I saw the old GT3R on Saturday (the UN-upgrade :giggle), but it cost the same as a upgraded GT3R, so I let it go. I think it was the dog legs that really stopped me from picking it up though, since it'll probably appreciate with the stopped production.

I too noticed the price is the same.

This is the only car market that I know where you don't have to pay for options :lol

I don't think so, however, maybe the omitted front mesh grille is the cust-cutting part :lol
I think only the rear lights have been upgraded, they're the same as the GT3RS lights now, which look way better than the earlier GT3R lights.

Where's Darrick with the answer. We're dying with anticipation here. :waiting

Google search for DRM: Digital Radio Mondiale, Digital Rights Management. I'm guessing those aren't it? :giggle

Thanks Darrick. I must admit, I still can't see the difference in the headlights looking at the comparison photos. I must need to have my eyes checked.
