has anyone ever removed "carpet" from a street diecast car interior?
I need to "strip" and make a new race bare painted floor,and didnt know how to approach it,

Mate about the only way I worked out how to get the carpet off the floor on the interior was to steam itto separate it from the plastic.... Another method you could use is a weak caustic solution to get it off or scrape it

Not a problem mate...

Only thng you might have to watch out for is a sticky residue left by the glue... if so let the interior sit in some soapy water to dissolve the glue.
