I would hope that the subject line would gather interest in itself. This began as a basic Yat-Ming car (meaning cheap, non-Exoto). I dissembled the car and repainted everything except the exterior finish. There are seat belts, engine wiring, detail painting, decals, and chrome foil trim.

The detail I got was from numerous on-line web sites and vintage pictures.

I hope everyone likes it. Feel free to share your comments.....

Excellent work adding the detail: and a suggestion: to be period correct the 'Eagle' on the tire sidewalls should not be there-in those days the Goodyears were Blue Streak brand, with a thin blue circle on the sidewall. :coolpics

Thanks everyone, and the suggestion about the tire lettering is exactly right. Does anyone know if there is a decal manufacturer who makes period authentic logos in 1:18 ????? (blue streaks, red lines, and others)....
