Maybe it's a reflector of somekind? The cop can paint the reflectors with laser? :confused

I like the idea of having a skyline cop car in my collection but they are so hard to find at the moment because of the car craze here.

People are buying them and having them modified to look like their real cars that they build for shows and then display that with the car as well
