I also posted this on the "New Arrivals" folder. It is both a new arrival to me and a modified vehicle. It began life as a Burago in 1:24th. The crappy decals were applied and the incomplete areas were painted with matching paint (best as possible). I also changed out the uguly plastic tires for some realistic tread rubber ones. I added some brakes and other small details.

I'm contemplating on adding a rollbar system within the interior, what do you think I should do?

ENJOY!

I find the best pliable medium to be electrical solder. There are various gages (diameters) to match the scales (1:18, 1:24, 1:43,etc). It is metal and can polish up real well. It has good strength and accepts paint well too......

Looks good so far. It definately looks like a race car. I would put a rollcage in it for sure.

Good luck! :cheers
