Nice, Souky!

I'm hoping to pick this up, but I didn't order it online...

How much did u get it for? I'm usually kinda skeptical about Kaiyodo's stuff, it seems worse than Koto....

Can you give me a quick review?? Thanks! :cheers

I picked this one up from the same shop that tries to hook you up with the Subie.

I paid $30, but you can probably get one for $20 or less if you shop around.

As for the quality: This is one of the best PVC figurines out there. Much, much better than their other products. The only gripe I have, you probably figured it too, are the 'mold lines' (near her underarm), but that's expected since this is a PVC and not resin. Other than that, the figure is beautifully finished. :cheers

thanks Souky, for the review!

I don't think I'll be paying attention to her underarms :giggle

Great, now I'll have to get this one, along with Aya....... And I just picked up the gashapon set today. Pics hopefuly by tomorrow (I gotten build the things :( )

On the topic of mold lines and Tenjo Tenge, did u pick up the special figure of Aya (with a dragon behind her, while she's sitting on the ground) with the comic book? I got that last year, and the figure is superb, but there's a huge mold line on her arms :ranting

I'll take pics of the figure tmr as well, if you don't know what I'm talkign about

I know exactly which one you're talking about. No, I did not pick up that one due to the poor quality. I did saw a nice build-up resin kit of the exactly piece and it is absolutely outstanding. It was up for sale, but the gentleman wanted $389 for it. OUCH. :scared

wow, only 389! :p

Just get the Epoch cold cast pre-built ones, those are very nice, especially series 2 :giggle

Series 1 I regret not getting when the prices were still relatively "okay" :cry

That is cool on Souky. Like Mike, I would cut off those antennas too, accurate or not. :lol
Is there one made of Uma Thurman in her Kill Bill pose. That is something I would love to have.

What's up, Chris! Long time no see. :cheers

Yeah, some of these new ones are very hard to pass up. Like the diecast industry, the manufacturers are stepping up & produce better/improved products to catch your hard earned money.

Souky! Seeing your amazing photography skills of this figure, I've decided to get my own (both, actually).

But it seems the store is out! :ranting

However, I finally did find out the reason for your high price of this figure. You must have obtained the Japanese version of it, which at 30USD, is a good deal. My store says he's ordered the NA releases, coming in July. He promised to hold me a set.... :happy

BTW, are u getting the other figure too? I was thinking of getting TT pinkys as well, but they're far too pricey for the figure :(

uhoh Souky. Bad (or good?) news for ya.

The Tenjo Tenge figures you bought/will be buying will have a set of different coloured ones, called BOME SP colour or something like that.

Wonder if I should get both sets.... :(
