Testing some new lighting...

I got a photography lamp/light from the phtographer who shoots my daughters pageant photos. He told me it would work on numerous backgrounds but works best on dark natural settings.

Well I wanted to test some pics, but only have a white background at this time. I can tell the diffeence already from using this light compared to the flourescent lighting that I had been using.

the flash was on while taking pics, but didn't go off as the light was really bright.

Any tips anyone can offer to go along with the new lighting?

Darrick, just a click on 'Autolevels' in most photo editing programs should help to bring out the right colors from the photos. I took the liberty of using only Autolevels on the Porsche pic. Here it is.
