I've been thinking about doing a shoot like this ever since I received the matte black Lamborghini Murcielago Super Veloce from AutoArt ... finally managed to put some time in shooting and post processing these shots.

I present you the Lamborghini Miura P400 SV (Kyosho), the Lamborghini Diablo SV (AutoArt) and the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce (AutoArt) ... all in black and all in 1/18 scale :

Who said 'Black is beautiful' ... well he was right ... I have these three on one shelve in my Besta display ... and it looks stunning !

Glorious!

And congrats on excellent photos - black is always a problem to capture, but you nailed it!

Ok, just two more ... one with the large SV removed on the Murcielago and the Diablo to make the Miura look more or less similar to the two more recent ones :

Lamborghini SV to the third power ... lol.

And to make things worse ... as advised by a fellow collector ... the Miura with a large SV on the side ... the scripting as used in the late Sixties :

I must admit I wouldn't touch a sensual classic like a Miura SV, but perhaps you like it better like this ?

I can't see the 2nd group of pics. I am shocked how the Miura SV commands the front stage to these newer more agressive body stlyes (kinda like a mob boss and his right & left hand men)

Apparently I've made a small mistake posting some of the photos, instead of linking to the 'life' server, I linked to my local test server ... so on my end it all shows up, but on your end only the 'life' links work.

Anyway, if you take a look here you will be able to see all the shots posted (and some additional ones) on the site.

sorry about the inconvenience ...

Awesome photos! The ones we can see! Great work and a stunning set of cars. How about a Countach?
The problem with the no-shows should be solved now, as for the Countach, I did think about that one too, however there is no Countach SV ... so I could use a QV version, however the only QV's I have are the bright blue from Kyosho and the various Bburago shades. Putting a black Countach by Bburago in this group wouldn't be the best idea and the only high end Countach in black I do own are either the LP400 from Kyosho or the LP500 S from AutoArt.

But don't worry, I'm working on a few different group shots this week ...

Are you sitting down ... on an easy chair ? ... Just kidding, that shot is a PhotoShop edit, I wouldn't dream about removing the SV from the black Diablo and ruining the value of an original AutoArt (still have the box too)
I must admit these cars look rather good without the SV on the side, but it is part of the magic, so I will leave them on the actual models.
