I dont think Exoto should be taking advantage of the fact that its the niche in the 1/18 Diecast market. Raising prices will obviously just push people away from buying from Exoto, and taking the chance away for those of us that have been puting money aside for one... :confused

We need a "double coupon" day at Exoto. :lol I like Exotos but only if I can get them at a reasonable price. Any higher and the old law of diminishing return kicks in making them a less attractive purchase for me.

Don't have a CMC yet, but from what I hear their AutoUnion Typ C makes Exotos look like toys! :nutkick

:iagree you know what they say Exotos can be considered very elastic.

If we were all economists that offer would for sure be a slap in the face to us collectors. AGAIN, what are they thinking, that we are idiots, that we cant read? To me that offer is quite possibly the oldest trick in the book.

I wouldn't neccessarily consider it taking advantage of the market, after all they are a business and turning a profit part of being in business. :talk
