Well done, João!! Thanks for sharing!

Most important for the overall appearance seems to me the addtition of side windows - makes the model look much better!

How did you do this? Spare parts from another model?

No, just used surplus clear plastic (in this case) from the casing of those BBR wheels I used in other projects. I make a paper template for the shape of the window and then give it an extra bit so that it can be pressed between the door panel and door trim.

You can also use covers for binding. They are clear PVC come in lots of colors, including transparent black ie perfect for tinted windows
I got a stack of 10 A4 sheets from Office 1 in 2010 and still have more than half and I've done lots of models and a full 1:24 scale tram
