As the DX Forum tends be be weighted predominantly on the 1:18 scale, I thought it'd be nice to "strenghten" the 1:43 side.

Over time as I wandered thorugh online diecast stores, I've come to realize just how many awesome 1:43 scale models there are (especially race cars). And many of these models just aren't available in 1:18 and will not likely be either. (One of my favourites is the "Yellow Corn" McLaren F1 GTR from the JGTC series.)

So for those you guys who have some of these 1:43 gems and a digital camera, feel free to take some pictures and broaden our "diecast horizons" here. With luck, you get me sliding down a new slippery slope. :tempted :lol :lol

Here's the Alex Job Racing Porsche GT3R. It won in the 2003 Le Mans GT class. Autoart has plans to make this car in 1:18 which I will definitely buy!

And my very first street Porsche (a 930) in 1:43 courtesy of Ken Robinson from the UK!! :happy
