I am having a clearout, as i need to make space. Some i like more than others, but am willing to let them go for the right price. Wondered if anyone had any idea on the rarity or value of these? Most of my collection has been out of the box, placed in a cabinet, but has now all been placed back into the original packaging. I have listed most of them below, with a few pictures i took a few years ago before being put in storage. All are in mint to near perfect condition unless specified.

You have been at the right place at the right time for all of those models. The theme might be all over the place but the fact that every model in that collection is absolutely delectable. I wouldn't be able to let off some even at twice the price. If you ever want to get some of those back, it would be mighty tough to get them for what you sold them for. I think, you should clean and rearrange them, get rid of the tiny knick knacks around and then and then if you still feel the need to sell them, go ahead with the plan.

Definitely a lot of rare highly sought after stuff in your list. Now is probably a good time to sell as some of them are commanding crazy amount of money now. Hopefully your decision to sell isn't due to the pressure from rising cost of living as I imagine the huge collection would have taken you a lot of efforts and time to accummulate them and it is always bit sad to see them go. On flip side you should be able to get back your money plus handsome profit on some.

To echo Winston's comment, if you ever want them back again it might be near impossible or you would have to pay through the nose. I had quite a few regrets over the years some were sold due to bills etc. In fact I just let go off a R34 GTR V-spec 2 for decent price recently but I might come to regre it couple years down the road.

But if you have completely lost interest in collecting then now would definitely be a good time to sell, and no seller remorse later.

Top lurking, but I can imagine this thread being shut down quickly as it looks a lot like you're trying to bypass the forum rules on for sale threads. Tagging it with "For Sale" kinda gives the game away.

My apologies, i didn't realise. Got ahead of myself before reading the TOS. I have removed the tag. More of a curiosity of value than anything. Ideally i would like to keep them all. Is there a more appropriate place to post?

Yeah, gave that a shot. A few i can't find, such as The Road Warrior ultimate edition. Can only find two for around 2k located in Japan, which seems crazy.
sold price or listing price? If sold then maybe it is legit but I won’t count on listing prices for most scale models originated from Japan on eBay. Those sellers are delusional or used wrong currency conversion :ROFLMAO:

Yeah eBay, sold listings is your best bet to see what some have sold for.
For the rare models that you have that haven't been sold on there recently, I'd do a steep buy it now price & see how it goes. Do it with 'card on file' and immediate payment so you get paid right away - I think that's still how it works. I've not bothered with it in a while. If you do it with a 'best offer' price, you automatically make it decline offers under a price you choose - worthwhile doing as lots on there want things for car boot sale prices!

Please note though, that as per the forum rules, selling is prohibited outside of the Classified forum (I know you know that now, so that's cool) so this is more for anyone reaching out to buy, whether it be via personal message or asking in here. It's not allowed and both of you risk having your accounts terminated.
