Really appreciated for your concern Craig, i really don't remember how i paid. But i remembered that i had only one month to cancel the order through a form from TopMarques site. I've realized that those money is lost. i'm only sorry that i can't find the model anymore.

If you bank online, you should be able to look back through your purchases for at least a year.
Even e-bay offers this option.
And so does paypal.

I'm not sure that i'll take my money back EVER.. if i paid by paypal there is a chance...i'll check it! Thank you @slartibartfast229!

I think PayPal is 180 days, but if you have a credit card attached to it, they could probably get your money back. Or if you bought it with a card you could probably get the money back that way.

I was emailing back and forth with someone and theyre now ghosting me. I’m so pissed as it went way past a PayPal or credit card return time before I realized there was and issue.

it’s the only time ive been screwed with an online purchase but of all of them, it was the one I thought safest as it was the manufacturer

I WAS going to post some news about a couple of upcoming Top Marques releases shown in the latest daily Carmodel listing, but reading about their lousy QC AND customer service, it sounds like I should skip it. I have no experience with the company but the subject matter piqued my interest: Mercedes Benz 300SLR Uhlenhauts, red and blue interiors in 1/18th AND 1/12th and, according to CM's website, diecast with opening features (they only have photos of the 1:1s, so no hints there. At 212 and 355 Euros, respectively, they MIGHT have been a bargain compared to CMC but not based on what I've read in this thread, so....
