Like with ERTL's Dodge Charger (from the Fast and the Furious), their Toyota Supra model has no wiring in the engine bay so I decided to wire it up myself as well as paint the battery, water and oil boxes. I also painted the intercooler to look more realistic as well.

Engine bay after

Intercooler (please forgive the low light - it was the easiest way to reduce the glare from the light.

That really looks super CS_GT!! Your modified engine bay looks like it came straight out from an import tuner magazine :nicejob :nicejob :nicejob

I really like the wiring harness and the yellow battery top (it really looks like the Optima Yellow battery!!) Did you use coloured wires for your hoses and wire looms?

Did you paint the front strut tower brace aluminum also?

You must have had lots of fun doing you mods! :cheers :cheers :cheers

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
To answer your questions, SM. I did use coloured wires and a metal wire for the hoses and wire looms - I got them from the cable in an old computer mouse. I painted the brace to look like aluminium shortly after I took the photos (yesterday evening).
To answer your question, PhantomGTR, yes the hood does stay up by itself.
