Love this concept car - saw the 1:1 some years ago exhibited @MB museum in Stuttgart.
It had an unbelievable presence!!
Seriously intended to buy the model when was released by SCHUCO.
However every single sample I came across had problems with those longitudinal chrome strips. Even talked to a dealer who had 5 samples in stock. Guess what: Every single model had the same problem.
Will keep my fingers crossed that yours is in perfect shape!!

I'be very dissapointed if i see the same thing. You can't imagine how long i've been searching that model in reasonable price. These were the photos of the salesman. Do you remember what was the price at the time schuco released that?

I seem to remember that it was 149€ but not 100% sure.

Seems reasonable price. Nevertheless, i bought it for 250.

Lovely Streamliner, congratulations. I have that model too, and I love it - it's heavy and a real quality piece.

Very thrilled today! Aquired a legend of 60's by AB designed by Amalgam in a quallity of resin i've never seen before.The 1967 Presentation Ferrari 330 P4.

IMO the 330 P4 is one of the top 5 most beautiful race cars ever and it is really a pity that GMP got it that wrong.
The Amalgam looks great! (Though it seems overpriced for a sealed model).
Personally I therefore went with GP Replicas and I'm still happy with this...

Totally agree with you! Alfa Stradale and this one are in my top 5 beautiful cars. As for this model, Amalgalm made it exclusively for AutoBarn. Price was about 350$. But quallity is better than Bbr or MR closed models.
