First purchases in 2 years, actually...got a really good deal from Simon (ironsim), who I can definitely recommend buying from.
I love all of them, but especially the 250 TR is amazing, so much detail packed into it

Big congrats - so many fantastic additions here!!!

Metallic brown is quite an unsual colour for a Ferrari - but with this classic beauty it works amazingly well (HWE):
Dirk, congratulations again on this, it does look amazing in brown

I don't remember the blue one that I had looking anywhere near that good... now I might have to track one of these down, instead of the BBR resin.

Hello. :) Since from long time unfortunately I've no time to make sessions and to update my collection thread I decided to post here some new addons. Pics from internet, cos models are still to be arrived.
My last newcomers are:

1/18 AUTOart Aston Martin DB11 Skyfall Silver
1/18 Minichamps Bugatti 57SC Rothschild from Peter Mullin Collection
Two beauties, congratulations on these
It's good to see an update from you.

These arrived last week... yes, I do love English cars.

Dirk, congratulations on the 375 Plus, you'll love it
The livery adds a story to it, I have the plain red one and with that and the plain red CMC 250 TR, I love them, but sometimes I wish that I had liveried ones instead.

Some orders that came in recently:

These, straight from Italy:

These from a seller in Canada. I was really losing hope of ever having a CMC Atlantic in my collection, let alone the blue one. It's the most that I've ever spent on a model. But I'm OK with that as it's obviously truly special, and it was still way less than what they typically go for now, and also way less than what new CMCs cost.

One of my most anticipated releases of 2020, Spark's Yamaha OX99-11. I had ordered the last black one that I could find a couple months ago, but the order was cancelled by the seller when he noticed that it was damaged. I searched some more and saw that they'll make a green one, which I had wanted them to all along... all's well that ends well. Such a unique and awesome car that this is, and Spark did good on it, I'll post a topic for it soon.

Mxrz, you've posted thousands of dollars worth of models on every page 😅 I'm seriously impressed!

4 new models recently after a 6 month break, first one is this Autoart Lambo Diablo SV. I've wanted this since I started collecting, what a massive upgrade over the old Welly. Now I'm even more excited for the SE30 Jota and Autoart's other Diablo rereleases.

Two orders arrived today:

Road Signature Lotus Elite... feels good to pay only $25 for a model again, especially for a classic British car in this shade of blue 😄

Norev BMW 507 and GT Spirit Lambo Miura Roadster Bertone. Two giant holes in my collection, and I've noticed supplies on both of them drying up, fortunately I put this together for a good deal from a store in France.

Congratulations, Marios. I've had both the Kyosho first release and now High End 250 GTO and either way, one of the best models in my collection. It looks just as good next to my CMC and BBR classic Ferraris, never felt like I needed the CMC at all.

That's a relief to hear from an experienced collector as i understand that you are @Mike K ! I'm collecting only 12 months now, so i don't have a clue what's the first release or the new high end 250GTO. Did Kyosho change their diecasts through years?
The High End version has an opening gas cap and a few other added details, but really, the first release was good enough to begin with.
I'd say that Kyosho's prime was roughly 2005-2010, and even before then - when they made the 250 GTO, Daytona, 308 and 328, F40, and a handful of others. I just love those... all in opening diecast, with a good amount of detail, and they were usually way more faithful to the 1:1 than the Mattel/Hot Wheels ones. And they were only $60-$70. They stopped making Ferraris a while ago, and what they make now certainly isn't what it used to be, but back then, they had for sure the best value for money of any Ferrari 1:18s ever made. Collecting Ferraris in 1:18 would be a lot better if they had kept it going and made more.
