Thanks! I've had a love affair with the 442 ever since meeting a guy with a '71 W-30 Convertible about twelve years ago. Red and white. He told me he'd taken first place in a car show six months earlier. Man, that thing was beautiful!Congrats @Scottimus! 👏👏👏👏 Love that Olds 442!
I need to resume my hunt for 70's American classics, I'm lagging behind!![]()
It was about £120, which for me is expensive. I have several now by DMH and they make some fine models. Below is a set of Ferraris by the same outfit...Wow, that Ferrari 412P looks superb! Was it expensive? I remember seeing some very fine 1:43 scale opening models in a shop in France once. The quality and detail was insane, as was the price!
Can’t argue with that price. The Ingall Falcon goes for quite a bit more than that amount. We took part in an auction last week and won, well....a lot...i'll post pics as we unbox them. First up, this set of two from Classic Carlectables. We picked the set up for £52, including auction house commission.
AMAZING !!!!! There is no match for Exoto details !!!
Congratulations! As far as historically significant results are concerned, this is one of only two GT40s in this color (the other is, of course, the Le Mans-winning Mk. IV!). And superb photo, bringing the color out to the max 👏👏👏👏 !Yesterday we unboxed this. It's the first Exoto GT40 I saw in this color.
