So let's test your inner car geekness. Can you name, to the specific year and specific model, the following 4 cars?

The winner to correctly identify all 4 will receive a fantastic prize! the great book (shipping included)

"Go Like Hell: Ford, Ferrari, and Their Battle for Speed and Glory at Le Mans"

"By the early 1960s, Ford Motor Company, built to bring automobile transportation to the masses, was falling behind. Baby boomers were taking to the roads in droves, looking for speed not safety, style not comfort, and Ford didn't offer what these young drivers wanted. Meanwhile, Enzo Ferrari lorded over the European racing scene, crafting beautiful, fast sports cars that epitomized style.

Baime tells the remarkable story of how Henry Ford II, with the help of a young visionary named Lee Iacocca and a former racing champion turned engineer named Carroll Shelby, concocted a scheme to reinvent the Ford company. They would enter the high-stakes world of European car racing, where an adventurous few threw safety and sanity to the wind. They would design, build, and race a car that could beat Ferrari at his own game, at the most prestigious and dangerous race in the world, the 24 Hours of LeMans.

Go Like Hell transports readers to a golden era in racing when Ford's innovative strategy led to victories on the track and renewed respect for the American automobile."

I will not be giving any hints, instead the first person to correctly guess all 4 will be notified of their victory and reign over all other "so-called" car geeks.

I know the first one, the second I can't remember the name, but I know it. The last two are guesses.

We have a winner! Lambodiecast!!!!

He correctly guessed
"#1 is the 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Rondine by Pinifarina, Italian styling on American muscle.
#3 is the 2010 Jaguar C-X75 concept car, hasn't Jay Leno driven one of these
#4 is the Coyote X kit car ... I've seen in the TV Series Hardcastle and McCormick that started in 1983, so I would say this one is a 1983 car."

Very impressive Lambo! you are a definite

and deserve this great book.
Hope to hear a review from you on the book.

I will hit the drawing board again to see if I can finally stump you guys.

#2 was a 1968 Marcos Mantis XP as raced in the 1968 1000KM of Spa. And I agree with you guys, it is a badass looking piece of machinery and would love it in any scale.

Congrats once again Lambo!

Just saw this, very neat Tiny!
Loved the H&Minichamps TV show, but is #4 The Cody Coyote or a Manta Montage?

The 1st season it's a Franken-tage, a mod'd Montage. 2nd season was a mod'd DeLorean because the judge couldn't get his fat ass in the original car

To be fair, I've seen one at a car show and was amazed at how small it was, made a 914 look like Cayenne. LOL
