Finally found the new JoyRide ECTO-1 in WalMart yesterday. Been waiting semi-patiently for this since it was announced at the RC/ERTL website. I'm not going to load this thread down with a lot of pictures. Here's one, with a link to my look at the car with a lot more pics:

Many years ago (about 18!!) I saw the 1:1 scale parked on my friend's street! I could not believe it, but sure enough, there it was -- parked on a residential street in the San Fernando Valley.
