Hello all,

i just want to share my worst experience with a online model store from Germany.

they took money from my card without my permision !! if anymode can help me with an legal advise please help me.

" the story is: i ordered from them some models. one of them was not in stoc at the moment ,and they reply to me tellling me that. I've reply to them to send tha packege without that model. They don't want to send me the package telling me that will be better for me to wait for the model so i don;t have to pay the shipping twice.
The communication with them was also very bad (i received reply to my messages with 3-4 days late).

finnaly they shhiped the models that they had on stoc but they charged my card for all models !!!! including the one missing.

after 1 month i received the package. and the asked them to give my money for the missing model back. they reply to me that the model is on the way. and i said ok.

after another 2 weeks i;ve replyed to them asking why i didn;t received my model and i got ONE SURPRISING ANSWER : we didn;t shipped the model because you have to pay again the shipping and you don;t have money on your card !!

after i told them again in 2-3 emails the i don't want the model and to give my money back TODAY i was again socked !! they took money from my card without my permision ! exactly the cost of shipping !!!

The shipping is also the most expensive for all the online models store from Germany - 37.5 euros."

they also told me that i must take the model...they cannot remain with the model on stoc now !!

I cannot belive that there are suck people in Germany .

I'm really sorry for your experience.

I, on the other hand, have had very satisfactory dealings with them. I've probably bought four or five large orders (8-10 models, each) from them over the last two years and not had any major problems.

They can be slow to respond sometimes.

Maybe I'm just lucky?.....

Another horrible story about this damn shop!! :storm
I know a couple of friends who had also bad experiences with them.
They usually list items on their website which are not in stock (even not available from maker anymore), usually don't tell you about that if you don't ask, encash your money and then starting troubles if you want to cancel your order. :smack

The contact is miserable and if you got one of them on the phone, he becomes cheeky! :hellno

It's the most dubious and unreliable shop I've ever heard of!!!
I'm ashamed of this beeing German! :storm

I've often wondered about a blacklist on forums.
Problem is you'd have to get all the relative correspondence to substantiate such a list.
I really feel for you guys who get ripped like this ! :smack
Anyway, exposure such as this at least sends out red flags, if that's any consolation.

I had a bad experience with them as well back in 2006. I ordered several models from them that I could not find elsewhere and as often seems to be the case with them, the models on the site were not in stock. After no models arrived after 2 weeks I emailed them to get a response along the lines of that they had tried to contact me and that my payment had not gone through and so on. All a load of crap and I was lucky to be able to cancel my order with them and not be charged anything to my card.

Definitely not recommended. :storm
