  • NOTE:
    - Photos of duplicate diecasts are perfectly fine
    - LM Cars that did not qualify (DNQ) for which there was a diecast made is acceptable
    - If you're able to provide some info with your post relating to the drivers and placement in the race outcome, all the better. Here is a good weblink for historical Le Mans info
Please feel free to add your cars to this thread! All scales are welcomed!!

Audi R8
LMP1
ADT Champion Racing
Audi 3.6L Turbo V8

Due to Audi using an older chassis which did not meet hybrid regulations, the R8s were much slower over a lap due to a small air restrictor on the engine and penalty weights. This caused slow top speeds down the straights.

Pescarolo C60 Hybrid
LMP1
Pescarolo Sport
Judd GV5 5.0L V10
2nd Place

The 2005 race saw exceptionally hot weather[1], with temperatures over 30°C. This hot weather would cause a high rate of mechanical failures as well as several race incidents. However, the Pescarolo Sports took the lead at start with #16 running exceptionally faster of the two.

I love to See an ALMS Team do well, this car finished 11th Place just one lap behind the winner.

Flying Lizard Motorsports
13th Place

The Flying Lizard Motorsports team is a motorsport team from Sonoma, California which was formed in early 2003 to compete in the American Le Mans Series.

The Lizards as I call them, seems to be by far one of the most popular teams in endurance racing. I have meet this team, and they are always polite, and ready to sighn autographs, and answer any questions you might have. No pre-madonnas here they really seem to appreciate their fans.
