The grey I used for the chassis is Halfords Ford Polar Grey. Tamiya Light Gull Grey should work too. There's quite a few guys spraying their chassis.

P.s. more updates on the way. Have a rolling chassis now.

Latest update..

I like the way so far that the issues [bar the first few] are based upon building the car from the ground up. Now have a rolling chassis to place the gearbox and engine on.

With these issues, I think that's the last of the parts needing painted grey. Issue 16 is the gearbox so perhaps it'l require some detailing.

Issues 12 - 15 Rear suspension and rear wheels

Finally got some updates on the Delorean, sorry guys.

I hadn't even touched the model for a lot of months. Issues came in the post and they went straight into a box but over the past weekend i've had some time to catch up to the latest issues.

Here's how she looks so far:

Issues 36 - 63

Modified the flux capacitor by filing down the centre and painting it black. I added yellow paperclips to the ends and painted the wire connection red.

Wow! Amazing work so far.. it is quite model inside out. I would love to take the plunge but it is not available in Canada. So will follow along with your build.
