I've seen the sellers items - I was quite interested in thier M3 boot decals but I've not ordered from them.

 

I've used them, but only through Ebay. Their shipping was a bit slow, but everything came as promised. Lately 50% of the sellers I've used on ebay just can't seem to mail my items. I'm about to open a case on one today.

 

mmmm, it's the lack of comms that gets me nervous. I'll give it another week or so and see.
I'll be sure to post a resolution as I don't want to slander if it's just slow production, equally I'm happy to out a rip off merchant.

How long do i have?

 

I ordered the alu wheels on the 13th, They should arrive between tomorrow (20th) and the 3rd of october

 

A fellow DXer also ordered some stuff from them but hasn't posted here about it. I asked him yesterday what happen with his order and this was his reply
"Good timing. I finally got my wheels over the weekend. They sold out of one of the sets I ordered and I had to wait for a new batch to be produced. I have not really had a chance to look them over though. At first appearance they look alright. I will followup once I get a chance to take a closer look."

 

I have bought loads from Stephane.

Top company to deal with. I initially bought of them of Ebay.

Now I just deal through there site. Delivery is not that quick because its coming from Netherlands.

I would allow a week to about 10 days (UK).

I was the DX'er littlerockshhd mentioned above. It took a little over a month for me to receive my wheels (I'm in the US). One of the sets I had ordered was sold out and they had to make a new batch of wheels. I will say that they were always good about communicating with me and giving me updates. I think I only asked for an update once and they did respond after a day or so. Overall I thought it was a good transaction and I am planning on buying some more items from them.

 

Well, I have an email apologising for delay. The moulds needed re-doing for the centres so a further week delay.
At least they're keeping in touch!

 

How do they pack things, do they pack well? I want some decals but am worried that if they just use a normal envelope I'll end up with screwed up decals.

 

My wheels/tires came in a box. Each set inside it's own baggie. They are metal, so it would be hard to damange them, but I feel they were packed well.

 

Individually bagged then boxed as above.

Same for me with the wheels. I had some decals sent as well and they were included in one of the bags with one of the sets of wheels.

I'm not sure how a package with only decals would be shipped but if I had to guess, I would think they would put the decals between some stiff paper/cardboard and then send them in an envelope. Don't take my word for it though, I would ask first to make sure.

 

Yeah I'll drop them a message on ebay.

 

Mine came today, bang on the end of the "7-13" day delivery.

 

I'have had a look on a Dutch forum where I'm also a member. By far most people are positive about them. Some had a litle problems with shipping taking long. I also understand
some rims/wheels are made on order. This may take a litle while.

 

Arrgggh still nothing!

 

I know how you feel, I liked his wheels but the wait is a bit much, I might just go with MM's in future just to get them quicker albeit it dearer.
If I have money and I'm planning something a couple weeks away I may use SD again, and probably buy a few at a time. Shame.

Well eventually got them. Not overly impressed and explained to them why.

 

Why so? I've ordered a set from them and curious to know what they're like because they're so cheap and supposedly full metal?

 

They're OK metal is a bit thin and the centre logo decals aren't pre-cut. But once on the models you'd never know......

19/2: Paypal invoiced with e-mail received about it
20/2: Invoice paid by me

6/3: Email asking about order status/shipping update (no reply)
18/3: second e-mail about order today...

Should I be worried, its been a month since I've paid now?
From reading the thread it sounds like sparse communication & shipping delay is a common theme, I don't mind the wait if the mould has to be recast or whatever, but I just want a simple update

 

I've ordered from them many times now. My items have always arrived. The worst thing I've had happen are bent rims. The soft white metal will bend if you drop them.
