Some pics from 2022 that I never posted as their own thread for some odd reason. Have had this model since its original release and it is still one of my favorite models in my collection.

And with 787B's of smaller scales (though missing a recent addition):

Hi

Beautiful models, beautiful line...
What are the scales and brand of the smaller models..

I have the AA 1/18 Mazda and always regretted they did not develop this line of highly detailed all opening Le Mans cars beyond the Nissan R390GT sister.

Eric B.
1/43 and 1/64, both from Spark. Although the 1/43 is the cheaper diecast one rather than the resin one, although I probably will get the resin one anyway. I also have a 1/27 scale Kyosho Mini Z Autoscale body, which is rather detailed for an RC body. I'll add that one next time I take pictures of them.

I bought this when it was released, anyone know what year for the first release? I’m guessing about 15 years ago.
2006 lol

Highly detailed Le Mans winners are quite special in this hobby, there aren't many of them, among the sea of resin bricks... This AA Mazda doesn't look out of place sitting next to its Exoto Group C brothers, the Sauber C9 and XJR-9 Jag. One of my favorite AA models ever.
I would love more opening endurance racers, and still regret not getting the Exoto Sauber C9 and Nissan R89C. I had the XJR-9 test car, but it got damaged when I moved back in 2009 and I don't know if I still have the remains of it to even rebuild it.

Anyway thanks everyone (y)
