I always like the 2nd gen Porsche Panamera, I think Porsche finally had their ‘aha’ moment when they penciled the G2 Panamera after the bloaty looking 1st gen car. I am glad that Minichamps decided to make this 2nd gen Panamera. It’s not the cheapest but I’ve done worse…..
I have to say that the purchase was greatly influenced by Dave’s (DND-Land) in-depth review of this Minichamps Panamera here:

I was pleasantly surprised when my copy arrived. I’m glad I picked white as it really shoes the shape and curves on this Panamera. The proportions are really well captured and the car is pretty much issue-free. The panel gaps are actually better that some photos I’ve seen online (especially the door gaps).
2 things that annoys me the most on this Minichamps Panamera are the (1) visible white body panel from the front windows and (2) The gap between the door glasses on the B-pillar where the white shows thru. So my solution was to paint that part of the door jamb black. I think it improved the look quite a bit. Here is before-and-after photos:

The working spoiler is a nice novelty features, but given the choice I rather have the openable hatch.
Engine details are pretty sparse but probably true to the 1:1 car. The interior is well done, but I wish they would have given us the option of different color other than red. But overall the red interior goes with the white exterior so I don’t mind it too much.
I’m quite happy with this Minichamps Panamera! I snapped some quick indoor pictures to share, hope you like them!
